Categories, fees, registration
Saturday 13th february – 1^ Middle Ski-O Italian Cup Event – FVG Regional Championship
M/W-14, M/W-17, M/W-20, M/W Elite, M/W40+, M/W50+, M/W60+, M70+.

According to the government provisions Covid19 of 14/1/2021, non-competitive categories are not allowed, therefore the MW12, DIRECT (WHITE) and DIRECT1 (RED) categories are excluded.

Fees

Middle entry fees: 5,00€ for M/W-14, M/W-17; 10,00€ for other categories.
Long entry fees: 5,00€ for M/W-14, M/W-17; 10,00€ for other categories.
SI-card rent: 1,50€.

Registration
Within Monday 8th february 2021 through the www.fiso.it website. For foreign athletes by site OrienteeringOnline (www.orienteeringonline.net). Registrations arriving after this date will be subject to 50% overcharge. For categories  Direct registrations will be accepted until the day of the race.

A single payment for each Club is preferable.
To reduce payment acknowledgment times, please send a copy of the bank transfer order in advance to: info@friulimtb.it or present a copy of the payment when collecting the club envelope.

Covid protocol

For the foreign athletes it is necessary to have a negative corona test at least 48 hours before arrival. The list of athletes (and any accompanying persons) must be sent by email to infettive.altofriuli@asufc.sanita.fvg.it. A copy of the result of the negative corona test be delivered to the Race Office. Each athlete is required to scrupulously comply with the COVID guidelines issued by the FISO.
In particular, the competitions will take place according to the COME – RUN – HOME principle and the use of the mask will be mandatory before start and after finish. The D.T or the D.G. has the authority to suspend the tender and / or exclude people if the requirements and protections from infections are not respected.

Refreshment
There will be no refreshments either on the competition ground or on Finishl.

Grids-Standing-Bibs-Timekeeping
Both the starting grids and the rankings will only be available online. The bib will be unique for the two races. The SI-cards will perform the timing. You can punch in standard mode (by inserting the SI-card in the SPORTident station hole) or in AIR + mode (for those equipped with a SIAC SI-card).

Start and Finish Procedures
At the start, the race map will be delivered 1 minute before the scheduled time to allow it to be placed on the lectern. The start on the grid will take place with the ‘punch and start’ method. Cancel to -4 for Battery Test, -3 Clear, -2 Check, -1 Siac Test, 0 Start. Those who use classic Si cards will only use Clear at -3, Check at -2 and Start at 0.
The finish time will be taken by inserting the sicard (both traditional and SIAC) on the finish line in the FINISH station. The athlete will then move quickly to keep the finish line clear for the oncoming athletes. Competitors must go to the SI-card data download station wearing a mask and maintaining an interpersonal distance of 1m.
